Return & Refund Policy

FL Auto Sales Group sells pre-owned and custom vehicles. Vehicle purchases are different from typical online product returns.

1) Returns All vehicle sales are final. We do not accept returns for defective or non-defective vehicles. Once a purchase agreement is signed and the vehicle has been delivered or picked up, the sale cannot be reversed for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or similar reasons.

2) Exchanges We do not offer vehicle exchanges.

3) Deposits and Holds If a deposit is collected to reserve a vehicle, the deposit is [refundable / non-refundable].

  • If refundable: refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • If non-refundable: the deposit is applied to the purchase price and is forfeited if the buyer cancels.

4) Cancellations before delivery or pickup If you need to cancel before delivery or pickup, contact us immediately:

If a cancellation is approved, any refund is handled based on the signed purchase agreement and the deposit policy above.

5) Shipping and delivery issues If a vehicle is shipped, delivery timing and carrier pricing can vary by destination and carrier availability. Shipping charges, carrier fees, and transport-related add-ons are not refundable once a carrier has been dispatched or costs have been incurred.

If your vehicle arrives with transport damage:

  • Document the damage at delivery.

  • Notify the carrier immediately.

  • Notify FL Auto Sales Group the same day so we can assist with next steps.

6) Refund timing If a refund is approved (example: an overpayment, duplicate charge, or other billing error), refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

  • Processing time: 3–10 business days (varies by bank or card issuer)

7) Third-party products and service contracts If your purchase includes a third-party service contract, cancellation and refund rules may be governed by that provider’s contract terms and applicable Florida law.
